At Kove Hotel by The Pyramids, guest privacy is paramount. Personal details submitted during reservation inquiries (including name, email address, phone number, and stay dates) are strictly used for booking confirmation and concierge arrangements. We never sell, share, or disclose guest data to third-party advertisers.
2. Reservation Guarantees
Direct room reservations are guaranteed upon confirmation by our concierge team. Full refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a 1-night room charge.
3. House Standards
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and prior request. All indoor suites are non-smoking.
